One thing in common with all successful people is that they all have a team that supports them. An NFL player has multiple coaches, personal trainer, physical therapist, massage therapist, chiropractor, etc. A successful CEO likely has a financial advisor, a therapist, manicurist, stylist, travel advisor, life coach, business coach, etc. Even someone who is a world famous coach & transformational leader like, Anthony Robbins has coaches. These are some ideas on the professional level.
What about at home? A support team for the household can look like a nanny, housekeeper, gardener, handyman, pool man, car washing service, etc. A team for the children might consist of a babysitter, tutor, piano teacher, soccer coach, a “Big Brother or Big Sister” to mentor them, and some kids might even need a therapist. How about a marriage? A support team for the couple might have a massage therapist, marriage counselor, supportive friends, etc.
My support team has expanded and contracted over the years. Currently, I have a few business coaches, a few life & transformational coaches, several quality friends, a few massage therapists, an acupuncturist, a few energy healers, an Anat Baniel Method Practitioner, a fitness trainer, my family, and an editor (for this book). I am still looking for a new chiropractor to work with, a new personal assistant, more graphic artists & marketing help. I know that just because I wrote this, there will be some new help knocking on my door very soon. Thank you, Universe.
How much more successful could you be if you had a supportive team in place?
#1. List what kind of support you need for the various projects that you are working on currently or have going on in the near future.
#2. You are worth investing in, so please be bold and add in more team members to help you out both personally & professionally.
